Residents may use the Front Steps portal to access forms, policies and rules that are private to the Pirates' Cove HOA members.
Did you just join the Pirates' Cove HOA? Welcome! Are you setting up access to Front Steps for the first time? We're happy to help you.
To set up an account as a new resident, you'll receive an email from the Community Association Services (CAS) Manager, the management company Pirates' Cove works with. To join the Front Steps portal as an existing resident, please click on the appropriate button above (Townhome or Single Family Homes), and click on the "Register Now" button to gain access to the portal.
Some residents currently use Front Steps to reach out to the CAS Manager, Karl Hovey, while others prefer to email him directly. The Board is not currently utilizing Front Steps for communication with HOA members. If you prefer to contact the board, you may do so directly via email here.
Yes, it is possible to pay your dues via Front Steps, but please know that Front Steps charges a processing fee. To avoid fees, it is recommended you pay online at www.casnc.com via e-check, or by mailing a check to the CAS management office.
The portals for Single Family Homeowners and Townhome Owners are slightly different.
