The 2026 Annual Meeting was held at the Cary Arts Center. Marilyn Peguero-Fain was voted in as a Single Family Homeowner, and Matthew McNeill was voted in for another term as a Townhome owner.
Neighbors celebrated Independence Day at the pool, playing fun games and enjoying hot dogs and homemade baked goods.

The HOA Board and residents met at the clubhouse for the regular monthly meeting. The Board voted to reinstate lifeguards for the 2025 pool season. Survey results were as follows: 141 votes, 52.48% in favor of reinstating lifeguards for the 2025 pool season and 47.52% not in favor of reducing reserve contributions to have lifeguards.
