Clubhouse Reservations

Interested in reserving the clubhouse for an event? The first step is reaching out to Karl Hovey, CAS Manager, to inquire if your date is available.

The next step is filling out the clubhouse reservation agreement and providing a copy to Karl. Please read the information below to ensure you understand the process.

When reserving the clubhouse, please keep the following information in mind:

1. Your reservation request isn't final until Karl Hovey, CAS Manager, has received the reservation form. The reservation form must be fully completed. 

2. Completed reservation forms may be sent either via e-mail, mail, or in-person office drop off.

3. If two homeowners want to reserve the clubhouse on the same day, then the one who completes the reservation form AND provides it to Karl first (either e-mail, received in office via mail, or in-person office drop off) will get the reservation for that day.

4. Karl will email you to confirm that he has received your form and your reservation is scheduled.

The below button links to a calendar with current reservations. Please note that there may be a delay between when reservations are confirmed and when they are populating on the calendar. In order to learn of the most up-to-date availability, please reach out to Karl before assuming the day is available.
